Three days of fishing with Illinois boys

Fished the last three days with this amazing group of men who were also first timers to Venice ,Louisiana! It did not take them long to get the hang of catching great looking redfish! Not only where they able to fill the box in a short period of time, we also caught and released numberous red 30”+. Good job fellas hope you all enjoyed your time with us!

With a 9am late morning start we still managed to catch our 100 specked trout before 1pm. Constant warm weather has these fish fires up!! Definitely one of my favorite times of the year to fish and the fish will only get bigger from here!

A quick limit of redfish before the rain started on Friday. It was what we down here in Venice call a “one stop shop!” Started fishing at 7 and had everyone’s limit by 9:15 am!
