Trip Summary
My main-stay during the summer months, even the late summer as in now, August.
August is one of those "can't wait till it's over months", because at least September has hints of fall.
Here in Jacksonville Florida the "hints of fall" are....storms! Yep, at least I hope so.
I don't mind a real FLUSH of the river to start the real Fall season off right. Yeah, Tropical depressions are just that a "depression" for most folks. But I look at it as a rejuvenator. Kicking off the Fall season.
Will we get these storms. Probably not. So I'm just pontificating.....hahahahaha
Black Drum, if they are keeper size. Are a great addition. Fished just on the bottom with live and dead shrimp.
Other than them. It's Bull Redfish, for me and customers. Throw in a Shark maybe, some Mangrove Snappers and a Flounder or two, maybe.
And that's our day. Don't forget to check out my posted video's for close, NO LONG BOAT RIDE ACTION.
