We thrilled to return to the water after several days of justified absence. The low season is relatively quiet, which is great for fishing. Despite their limited knowledge of the subject, the customers were quite demanding.
However, the weather was challenging due to the ominous signs of a storm in the morning. It wasn’t necessary to venture far and raise the lines with promising specimens, especially since the mahi-mahi were quite young. Nevertheless, we had some good action with Spanish mackerel.
Fortunately, the storm arrived in the bay, bringing much-needed rain.
