Kite fished along the reef yesterday and had solid action throughout the day — caught a few mahi on the kite, hooked into a sailfish, and added a nice mutton snapper and a mackerel to the mix. Great variety and plenty of bites on the edge!

We dodged storms all morning but made the most of it, hooking and catching a sailfish before the weather chased us back in. Sometimes a little persistence pays off!

Had an awesome crew join us for a full-day fishing and lobstering combo trip! We took full advantage of the off-season conditions and practically had the ocean to ourselves — chasing massive bait balls stacked with blackfin tuna and keeping the rods bent. To top it off, we finished the day dropping for some big lobsters to bring home for dinner. This time of year offers great action and great rates… doesn’t get much better than that!
