Trip Summary
We had a great trip yesterday, Feb 28th 2018 with Alejandro and Carlos all the way from Bolivia. The day started out with a slight breeze, but the winds quickly got higher, with white caps in most of the bays. It took a little while to find the fish in these conditions, but when we did, the big ones came out to play. The two biggest reds of the day were 28 and 31 inches long, with several between 16 and 24 inches. We also had 1 giant Sheepshead, and a lot of smaller reds. We caught our fish on wind blown points and shell beds. Water temps were mid 70's. Water clarity was great.
