Trip Info

Jeff and Zach came from Ohio for the week end, we had a typical Florida weather, early with light rain but quickly cleared off, with thunderstorms lingering north and south of us, we went fishing the 200 line where we got right away a nice 36’’ Black fin on skirted ballyhoo and a Barracuda, then 300 and 400 line, nothing, mahi has moved offshore to the gulf stream with some catches reported in the 900/1200.we hit an other small cuda, and returning, bottom fishing in the 200 ‘’ got an Amber jack, 2’’ shy of the legal limit, so he got back to the ocean. We saw few sea turtles and a shark.A good sushi day after all.
