Tarpon and Jack Trevally, Large Sharks

Headed out of Port Canaveral at 0700 turned North and located a live well full of silver mullet. With a very high tide and very high surf we decided to head South to a local wreck. On the way to the wreck we located a large piece of floating structure and connected with a 15 pound plus Triple Tail pulling the hook after a short fight we continued on to the wreck in 60’ of water. First line in produced a large Jack with several to follow water was very dirty. After about 2 hours we headed back to shore to try our luck on some world class Tarpon. Connected with two again short battles to find ourselves with no tide left to fish. Fished the bottom connected with a couple large sharks to finish the day.
