Summary

Here in northern Ohio the deep freeze has set in. With temperatures next week predicted to be well below zero.
Now is a good time to do maintenance on tackle respooling line and oiling reels. Then make up stinger hooks for the jig bite in April. I had found commercial bought stinger to break to often so I started to make my own this year. I use a # 10 VMC treble hook and 20 # stainless leader wire . These will hold those spring hawgs.
Tying worm harness too , by tying your own you can create your own favorites use the best sharpest hooks and hook combinations. I like Owner or Gamagatsu hooks, there strong and deadly sharp. Using high quality tackle gives customers the best chance of hooking up that once in a lifetime fish. Thanks for visiting our listing Capt Jim
