Made a solo catch and release trip this morning. Fished from ft bayou to gpt lake and everywhere between. Was just covering ground looking for fish, never stayed in one spot more than 15-20 minutes. Caught reds specks wt black drum and bass. Theres plenty reds to be had around any marsh grass with about a 50/50 keeper to short ratio. Trout are fat and plentiful but most are 14.5”. Maybe 1 keeper for every 20 caught
