We have had a really good start to the season. With 6 anglers aboard we set of early in the morning. As the water is clear and the weather was good we stopped along the way so our anglers could do a spot of reef fishing in the morning and then chase the Mackerel in the afternoon. They pulled up a good variety and managed half a dozen Mackerel. We then traveled that night to our destination and after setting the crab pots that morning, the tenders we off to the river. It was a little disappointing this first day with only a few barramundi caught, however they returned the next day and a 106cm Barramundi was hooked along with some 95cm & a 93cm. All in all they all caught enough for some good feeds and a box to take home each.
