Summary

The day started out really beautiful with calm winds.  I thought this would be the perfect day…after all, the seas have been so rough I have not been out for the season until today.  I found out the military was doing bombing runs in the Gulf so I could not go out to my normal fishing spots.  We did hit a few spots in shore and were able to snag these beautiful trigger fish.  They were 18” and gave the anglers a treat pulling them up.
Everyone had a great time and the Sprinkles family enjoyed their first time fishing in the Gulf.  Wish we could have gone to my favorite spots…maybe next time.
