Trip Summary

Clients came down just looking for a bite. We set out of port Mansfield and quickly got on some good water. We threw soft plastics early morning and clients quickly limited out on trout. We literally caught trout all morning, moved on over to shallower water and were able to land a couple rat reds plus on really nice one to add the the box. Fun day catching!

Despite windy conditions South Padre offer is protected waters that hold good water clarity. This day was one of those days where the wind didn’t stop blowing but the fishing was still consistent. Guys were able to catch some nice fish.

Crew from out of town had a great time in south, padre and Fishing with me. We left the Doc early in the morning and start the day catching smaller fish as the wind picked up the bite did to. Everybody caught fish and left with a smile as we had a incredible day of fishing.
