Bonefish and Tarpon

March 17, 2016 by Mike Cyr

Trip Info

The transition from winter time fishing to spring has begun.Excellent bonefishing today with light winds and almost no cloud cover. We had multiple shots at some single, doubles and one school of about a dozen.
Plenty of sharks up on the flats including a big Blacktip that tried to eat a bonefish we were fighting.
We also seen a large number of tarpon in the Harbor on our way out this morning that will grow in size as the spring time water temps rise.
