The Catch
Snapper (Yellowtail)

We are now in a transition between different species of game fish, specifically offshore Pelagic like Sailfish, Mahi, Wahoo and Tuna to the Blue Marlin Season, which the peak is at the end of the summer.  As a result, our best recommendation is to target inshore and bottom fish such as Snappers. So, if you would like to maximize your chances of a productive and pretty fun day out in the water, you should really consider inshore fishing for Tarpon, Snook, King Mackerel and/or bottom fishing such as Snappers and Groupers during your Puerto Rico visit.  It’s going on right now!  Snapper stravaganzas are now possible, as Alain and Josean experienced first hand with us.  We had a great time and maxed out our catch right away.  So when facing a slow fishing day challenge, “never say never” and with the proper adjustments you can potentially experience moments that will last for a lifetime.
