May Fishing Report

Trip Info

Fishing has been fair to good the past couple of weeks.  We had a couple good weeks of mahi fishing at the end of April, then it kind of shutdown the last 2 weeks.  We have been getting them, but they have been schoolie fish, and they are making us work for them.  This should change any day, and there should be hundreds of mahi moving through South Florida.  When the mahi fishing is slow, we have been fishing the reef and catching nice kingfish, amberjacks, blackfin tuna, and snapper.  My favorite time of year is here, and the mahi fishing should be red hot any day now!
