The most recent afternoon fishing session was interesting! One of our customers brought 7 or 8 bananas on the boat. He was eating one of them. I thought, ‘Oh noooooooo!’ I was going to throw them away if no fish were biting... Suprisingly, he was the only person who kept hooking Kingfish! Reefed two Kingfish and landed three keepers. The others who did not bring/eat bananas didn’t hook up any Kingfish. So they rubbed bananas and managed to hook a few Kingfish, though they were not keepers.
