The weather has settled down a bit and has helped the fishing. The bite has been good on the afternoon incoming tides, when the water is warmer and the trout come out to eat a little more than the cooler morning. Redfish have been thinning out some with the better catches on free lined jumbo shrimp. Snook are up in the canal and have been slower to eat but they seem to prefer the small pin fish or pig fish.
