The reef fishing is on fire.

Trip Info

Today was another beautiful summer day on the the waters of Islamorada. On the reef, the conditions were perfect for catching the hard fighting and delicious yellow tail snapper. Within only a few minutes of arriving on our fishing spot, the fish were biting. Over the rail, in the pail! After catching enough fish for the dinner table, we set out to a deeper wreck to test the skill of our 11 year old angler on his birthday. It was a good birthday! Ben, on a light tackle spinning rod and vertical jig, landed two amber jacks, both over 30 pounds.

Tight Lines,
