The Catch
Shark (Bull)
Snapper (Red)

Today we left the dock at 5 AM.  After stopping by to visit my friend Steve at Channel 80 Baits to hook up on a scoop of minnows we headed out to the East.  We have had good luck with snapper and cobia on the spot so I decided to give it another shot.  The first drop we hooked up on a snapper.  After that we had a big hook up.  After fighting it for over 30 minutes we were able to haul this monster to the surface enough to see a 6ft+ bull shark!!  After making sure it was not a cobia we cut the line and let him go back to job of eating.  We moved to another spot not far away and caught 5 more snapper but still had to fight the sharks.  They were everywhere and were after the snapper as they were coming up to the surface.  The adrenaline was running high as everyone waited for another big shark to get on their lines.

Everyone was happy with their limit of red snapper!
