Broke the ice early with some nice trout. After that we ran out and fished the rock piles but the bite was slow, so after a bit of searching we found quite a few fish holed up in the creeks. It was a total mixed bag with the highlight being a 26in which was the clients first red. It was a successful morning and I’m sure a great dinner was had with a bag full of fresh fillets.
