Spotted Seatrout
Summary

We launched early into mill cove and found the trout willing to eat top water plugs. Then as the sun rose we switched to plastic on J&T jigs. The trout were eager to eat. After landing about 8. I switched to some dead shrimp and found a couple black drum sitting in the grass looking for a meal. We moved to another spot deeper inside the cove. There we found croaker by the numbers. We then hit our last spot and there she was a big 5 lb gator trout. I was tickled and thrilled. What a way to end the day
