We went out for a half day trip of 5 hours. At the beginning it was calm and silent. We decided to go in the direction of the flinders bank ....trolling in the current lines to be able to spot some floating debris for doradoes or a big marlin. Later on...we saw some activity at a far distance. It was a good sign. Arriving closer we noticed the presence of a piece of wood and some ropes. When passing near it bangbang ....fish was on...2 or 3 doradoes on the lines and others following the boat. We started catching doradoes...a wahoo...rainbow runners and some young amberjacks. While trolling in the area...we noted the presence of a marlin following the lures...but unfortunately it did not attack. We were back in the lagoon at noon with some nice fishes
