Trip Summary

Had a blast with 3 returning guest out for another wading trip. Started off early fishing the flats where we picked up 3 of our keeper reds. Mid-morning moved to scattered shell & grass in 3-5' of water & caught lots of fish. Then once minor hit we finished up a 3-man limit of trout along with 3 more slot reds. Lots of fun & thanks again for my returning customers.

Met my College Station (whoop) clients at Conn Brown boat ramp in Aransas Pass, Tx. Made a little trip to Shamrock Island in Corpus Christi bay. Picked up a few decent trout and then had 2 boats come up on us. Guys asked to go fornsome reds so we hopped over to Pink Shack Cove where it was non stop red action with a few bonus flounder. Met group at the St. Charles Bay boat ramp in Rockport, Texas. We made a little run to Mesquite Bay where we started off the afternoon in Bray Cove. Lots of bait present in Bray but no size to the fish. We continued working the shorelines up towards Ayres Dugout where we started seeing better fish & released a few oversize trout with the biggest one going 25". Customers kept a few for dinner.
