The Catch
King Mackerel (Kingfish)
Little Tunny (False Albacore)
Summary

Spring is here!!! Water is warming up. The fish are starting to show up in good numbers.  The King Mackerel and Albacore (false) bite is really good in 80-110 ft of water.  You need to find water temps at least 66 for the Kings We have had some really good trips. Kings are biting on drone spoons. Hot colors have been gold/sliver, sliver, pink/sliver. We are pulling them behind #2 planers.  Albacore (false) are hitting green or pink top water skirt rigs with sliver in the heads.  Black Sea Bass bite has been steady 10+ miles from the beach. AR’s have been good as of late. Cut bait on bottom rigs (ballyhoo, squid). There have been a few reports that the Gulfstream wahoo and sailfish bite has been steady.  But you need to pick a good weather window to make that run.
