Trip Summary

I took my crew out about two miles and found some glassy, clear water South of an inlet. Dolphins were around in big numbers. We spotted bait jumping and lowered two Yo-Zuri diving lures and trolled about 4-5 mph. We started catching Bonito and Bluefish within minutes. Birds diving in small groups. From grandpa to grandson, all caught fish.

It was 80, light wind, ocean temp. about 70 and full sun. My team fished hard and caught just about a full three hours. We trolled for blues, bit only had a few hookups, but none made it on deck.
