Booking a year end outing for the Company, using Fishingbooker.com was a disasterous experience and the worst Big Game Fishing attempt ever. Having booked Braveheart, with all amenities with female in the group of fishermen, we never made it onto Braveheart, but we’re pushed onto a little 1970 small boat called Lionheart. We made two trips out and two back in just so that we could make use of the Harbour toilets in the middle of the day. The “friend to the skipper”, not Steve from Braveheart ended up skipping the boat and recklessly ramped the waves with such ferocity that my iron grip on the rails holding on for my dear life were torn open and I ended up with my back on the floor of the boat. Later the same person “Johan” were all to keen to catch as many fish as he could carry for himself on our watch and purse. We have chartered many Game Fish boats in various countries catching Record Sailfish, Marlin, Tuna and Dorado to name but a few. The crew had not been properly equipped and set up to offer Marlin, Sailfish, Tuna trolling. We paid ZAR 9600, to fish with Braveheart and on top 25%, ZAR 2400 to Fishingbooker for a horrible experience. We never engaged from the time of the booking with Lionheart as Steve from Braveheart was the contact with the booking of Braveheart. Our date was moved by Steve from 17 Dec to 19 Dec, and we actually saw other fishermen on Braveheart on the sea next to us fishing from Braveheart as we were supposed to. There is seriously something fishy about this solicitation of fishing charters orchistrated by Braveheart in association with Fishingbooker. Further more if “Johan” was fishing equally as hard for himself then he must be regarded as a paying fisherman and should our Company not be liable for his fishing excursion. Then lastly the skipper also joined in the fishing catching many fish for himself, aligning him with his friend he invited and same goes for him.
