My 3 grandsons had an amazing time. LOTS of fish caught. Would highly recommend captain Henry. Looking forward to fishing trip next year. Any recommendations on a family fishing trip for a group of 12. Thanks for the great experience!!!!
Great fun and Kyle arrived all ready to go with live bait and was a real expert at finding different spots and even got to do a little bit of fishing further offshore with weights and tempted a barracuda to play ball with us. Fantastic day would throughly recommend caught over twenty fish of all sizes. Included my eight year old doing a first cast near some mangroves bagging a fish straight away !
Booked a 6hr trip with Dylan and had an excellent experience. Started out with some trout, snook, spanish mackerel, jacks, and snapper. We also landed a pretty nice houndfish. Then we went after tarpon at the end. Dylan literally put us right on them but they weren’t biting. Overall it was a great time. Dylan also worked well with the kids. He had them hooked up often and they had a blast.
This trip was awesome. Captain Kyle is a hard working, very knowledgeable boat captain. He put us on fish the entire time. I of course picked his brain the entire trip about where to fish, the gear and bait he uses, and any tips and tricks he knows. He was more than happy to answer all my questions. We will definitely be booking more charters with him. We had an amazing time.
We were ask to change our a.m. charter to p.m. charter because “the fish were biting better in the p.m.” I could see once we got on the boat they had bumped us for another charter they put in our a.m. spot because the ice in the cooler was all melted and the trolling motor was not charged which caused significant issues. The Cpt had to spend most of the time maneuvering the boat due to drift, wind etc because the trolling motor was dead. We caught a couple catfish which was disappointing. Rented a pontoon boat ourselves later in the wk and caught better fish plus a nice size red fish we were able to keep! Disappointing except for the show a pod of dolphins put on.

Natalie,
Few points. Yes, I gave you the option an or pm. We suggested you go in the second slot due to the tide / you had chose an inshore charter. The morning was a full moon / negative low tide eliminating 90% of where we could fish. (Fisher people will understand).
So this was your choice. Secondly, moving that we had a reef charter in the am which reef fishing you fish in 45-60 ft of water therefore the tides aren’t a huge factor.
We have a yeti cooler on all the boats that stock ice every morning. Anyone that knows anything about yetis knows they are the best and hold ice for days… so little confused there.
As for the trolling motor. We have a i pilot ulterra ($3000) best in the business inshore fishing you get to a spot and anchor whether that’s with the trolling motor or regular anchor doesn’t really matter so little confused on this as well.
Lastly, You had said multiple times you wanted no fish to take home. We caught snook, jacks, whiting, cat fish, trout, mangrove snapper. No reds, that said there’s never a guarantee.
Please take a look at the latest reviews we have and they clearly speak for them self.
