We met captain Jorge and his mate at 7am at the beach and were water-taxied to the boat. The captain and mate were very kind and patient with our children (ages 13 and 10) and helped them to have a really enjoyable fishing experience. Unfortunately two of our group succumbed to some sea-sickness, but thankfully both were able to rest and recover on the bow berth/area. Our 13 year old has a gut of steel as though sheโs been seafaring her entire life, and she had her best day ever bringing in some beautiful Spanish Mackerel. We appreciate the skill, experience and knowledge of this boat and crew, and highly recommend to all. Thanks, Jorge!

This was a great experience.ย The captain and deck hand were both very professional. We arrived at our meeting place early and the captain was already there and already set to go.ย We went out to the fishing grounds and immediately had some action. After pictures the deck hand cleaned the fish fast and professionally and got it cooling down fast.
The cooler was stocked with plenty of cold drinks, snacks, and a nice burrito for lunch. The captain had the forethought to pack some limes and soy sauce so the deck hand carved up some tuna for sashimi.
We caught some mahi mahi, a 90 pound tuna, and had a couple of great hits on some sailfish.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of Jorge and the deckhand.ย We started out with about 20 minutes of nothing and Jorge told me that other boats were on spinner dolphins which meansโฆ.YELLOW FIN TUNA!ย In no time we were on and fought for 1.5 hours to get a 130 pound+ which I will never forget!ย To end the trip we hooked up two mahi mahi at the same time that my friends and I got to enjoy.ย We enjoyed fresh Tuna sashimi and took some of the tuna and mahi mahi to a restaurant recommended by Jorge and I would be lying if I didnโt say it was the BEST preparation of fish I have ever had!ย I would 200% recommend this fishing trip!ย It was the best birthday present to myself that I could ever ask for!

We had a great day, Captain Jorge and his deck hand worked hard to get us on fish. They were very personable and kind. We didnโt catch the fish we were after but we did catch fish, and would go back out with Captain Jorge if we were back in the area. Thanks again Captain Jorge!!
