Excellent all the way around.  Grandpa, son, and grandson went.  Everyone had a blast.  Great experience for our nine year old.  We had to troll to catch walleye because they have been feeding on the mayfly hatch for the last few weeks.  It was great to learn how to troll and manage many lines in the water at the same time.  If we book a trip next year we will try to avoid mayfly season as my son and I both would prefer casting. 

J.J knows what he is doing, has a
top notch boat, and equipment at the ready.  We hit our limit in three hours.  I have nothing bad to say.  Great afternoon on the Lake.  Thanks.

We decided on an impromptu fishing charter after losing a baseball tournament at Cedar point..We were SO lucky that Captain JJ was available to take us out. He was great at finding the fish, helping us fish, and keeping the rods out in the water. What a hard worker! Definitely a nice way to spend our Sunday! My youngest son started getting sick towards the end, and still got back to shore and said he had a great time. Thanks for the awesome experience, we were excited to catch so many fish!

I have nothing negative to say about this entire 2 day trip (half days).  Entire experience was above my expectations.  Capt is knowledgeable, personable and knows how to catch fish.  Limits were caught each day with all being quality fish.  The lodging is outstanding to say the least, all the comforts of home and then some.

Walleye fishing with a captain that tries his best to get everyone their limit. We will use JJ again next year but for more than 1 day! We all had a blast!

I cannot speak highly enough of our morning trip with Captain JJ! We had so much fun! He was a great instructor, captain, and first mate all rolles into one! He knew where to put the boat, what the walleyes wanted to bite on, and get us a full limit to bring home! Thank you JJ!!!! We will DEFINITELY be back!
