Captain Ted and his team Made us feel so comfortable and welcome, did all the work so we felt like kings! - from lounging while he navigated the Trip, gave our kids all of the instruction and safety information necessary for them to stay safe and have loads of fun, to Baiting our hooks for us - all we had to do was stand up, be handed a rod - and start catching fish!
Everything was so well prepared and well thought out for our experience to be maximized. Snacks, drinks, jackets and blankets were all available and given to us when needed. I was even given a personal pair of nice polarized sunglasses to borrow because I had forgotten mine!
We were impressed with how observant captain Ted was to notice where other boats were gathering miles away and he knew that meant whales and dolphins to take us to go see, which was so special for our family to experience together.

We had an amazing trip. Full of adventure with an amazing crew. We caught some fish, and enjoyed the consequence of not taking motion sickness meds before the trip haha. Unforgettable for sure. Next time we will do what is right and come pre medicated

Great trip would recommend the full day trip to anyone. Lonnie and Trey worked hard for a full 12 hours to give us the best possible experience.

Late season, lumpy seas but cap’n Ted & crew’s persistence, experience, and positive attitude put us on a wide range of fish to serve many meals. Cobalt’s advertising is spot on. They live to fish, show pride of profession and take your safety seriously. Everything you want and need when you’re offshore. We’ll be back. Only advise for improvement is to upgrade the coffee so we can keep up w the crew.
