Great trip.  This was my first trip doing off shore fishing..  Capt Steve and Ben made the trip easy and enjoyable. Very helpful and personable.  They had all the right equipment to put us on the reef and find some fish.  They baited hooks and advised the depth to fish.  I would fish with them again anytime.  Great fun!

We went out for my husband’s 30th birthday. We were hoping to go a good ways off shore in search of some sport fish but the weather had other plans. A tropical storm rolled in the day we were supposed to go out. We still went, just stayed in close to shore due to pretty large swells and an unpredictable radar. There wasn’t much biting but that wasn’t for lack of trying. We trolled and bottom fished in multiple different spots trying to find some action. Ended up pulling in a good sized shark before the day was over. The crew was pretty quiet but very nice. Boat was well equipped and felt very safe despite the bad weather. Would not have been able to go out at all in a smaller craft. Overall, a day spent fishing is better than a day spent stuck inside because of the rain. Would recommend! And hope that next time brings better luck. Thanks guys!

The photo doesn’t show a very big catch, but what you don’t know is this was within 5 minutes of stopping and putting the lines in the water.  We were bottom fishing and the fish were biting immediately.  Ben and Nick know what they are doing, they are fun and have a great sense of humor.  They adjust to accommodate the experience you want.  We had 3 big ones on the line but didn’t get them brought in.  It was super fun just trying!  We had 6 lines in the water at one time and it was awesome hearing nick yelling “fish on, fish on, fish on”.  Nick had our catch cleaned, bagged and on ice when we returned to the Harbour.  We would not hesitate to book again when we come back!

6 of us, ranging widely in experience,  went out with Capt. Ben and Jackson.  Ben listened to our preferences and varied his plans accordingly.  We caught 4 species of shark including an almost 6’ black-tip in the waning moments of our trip.  Also caught several other species including a nice Jack Crevalle.  Gear was flawless and crew was very helpful and easy to get along with all day.  Recommended.
