My family and I were very impressed with the services provided by Catch of the Day . Captain Josh and Mate John were nothing but Amazing. They accommodated our trip while we were in town and made our adventure an unforgettable one. The boat was very clean, organized and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was the first time I’ve seen someone rig the Kite and use it for Sailfish. Just 2 hours into our trip, (that includes catching live bait), we land a Sail! Not only did we catch 1, but caught 3 Sailfish which was a first for us in our group! We also caught plenty of fish to take home for dinner; Mutton, King, and Tuna to name a few. In addition to the fishing experience, Captain Josh recommended a few local spots we could eat at that were truly as he described, Fabulous! Don’t waste your time on other charters and play a guessing game, book with Capt. Josh and Catch of the Day for an amazing experience. We have found our Charter in Jensen Beach and can’t wait to return.

We had a fantastic day! Both the Captain and Mate did an excellent job with the group of first timers I brought out to include my Granddaughter, daughter, boyfriend and my wife. Both were extremely patient and professional and took a lot of time and effort to ensure all had a great time. The boat was in excellent shape and well equipped. We left on time caught live bait and headed out for a slow morning of trolling that picked up towards the afternoon as we headed in for some bottom fishing. We caught a mixed bag of Mahi, Mutton & Vermilion Snapper, Bonita, small Sharks and others to finish off a great day.

We had a great time with Captain Josh on a half day fishing charter.  My 9year old son had been wanting to go deep sea fishing and so we booked this trip for the family for his birthday.  We got a little worried when My son started to get nauseous during the trolling but Captain Josh recommended he lay down and take a little nap and luckily after that he felt fine and was able to enjoy the fishing!  We caught a lot of snapper and a few other fish that we threw back (grunt fish, trigger fish, and even a crazy looking scorpion fish). 
The boat was clean, spacious, and the Captain and his assistant made everything super easy for us to just enjoy the excitement of fishing. 
My sister did get sea sick the entire trip, which was disappointing.  So I would definitely recommend you prepare with Dramamine or something else prior to the trip. 

I would definitely recommend Catch of the Day for your next fishing excursion and hope that we can go again some day as well.

Took our family on a half day trip with Captain Trent and had a blast. We caught dozens of fish of many different species. Trent was able to educate us on each one we brought up. Highly recommend Catch of the Day! We’ll be back for more on our next trip to the area.

Early December 2 days for sailfish. Saw 2 but got none on (only a handful caught by the entire fleet during this time. During a sailfish tournament, too). Not for lack of trying though. Multiple spots and techniques. Kept interesting by landing a trophy bull Mahi, 2 huge Blackfin, big Skipjack, and multiple Barracuda. Crew was professional, friendly and good fellowship. Will try it again with Catch of the Day next season.
