This experience is soooo great that we have booked twice. The captain is full of knowledge and amazing at creating the best atmosphere and fishing for the best catches! Thank you for another amazing experience and memories!

Gerardo and his crew were excellent!! We did a half day morning trip with snorkeling and fishing. They first took us to the reef where a crew member took us on a private snorkeling tour. We then went out to fish and ended up catching an amberjack! Once we reached shore we had the fish cleaned and cut up, and the nearby beach cafe cooked it up for us 3 ways- ceviche, grilled, and fried- with chips, tortillas and all of the fixings for tacos. We had a wonderful time and are so thankful for the experience!

Had a great time catching Mahi on Balihoo!  We had a while marlin chasing bait, but couldn’t get him to bite great show, great equipment and excellent crew.  I can’t wait for next year.

Lucio the Captain, and Adrean the deck hand did Amazing. Weather was sporty and they made it happen. Family trip of 4 and was able to put us on a dandy Sailfish, and my son a great Barracuda!! Very respectful and worth every penny!! I would use the Ballyhoo Boat anytime!! Thanks

The seas were fairly rough when we headed out to fish and the captain had decided that it would be best to not fish around the coral reefs as the boat would have been bouncing around and I agree that was a good decision.  So, we fished for barracuda’s (and caught 1).  However, the seas calmed some after about 4 hours, but we didn’t have the gear to do any other type of fishing.  Still, it was an enjoyable day and we all loved the stop at the secluded Cenote to take a dip.  Kudos to Captain Lucio and his helper.
