We, a group of 10 had a very enjoyable trip, caught some fish, (had to throw a lot back - smalll snapper) beautiful day on the boat, didnโt rain til we were almost back at port.ย The captain and his deckhand were very informative.ย The only disappointment to us was there were 22-23 people on board and so many tangles.ย A few people spent more time untangling lines than actually fishing.ย We have been on the Manutere twice before and at the most there has been only 15 people.ย But on the upside the people were friendly and all in all we had a lovely day.

Fishing slow at the beginning but got in top of the fish later and all came home with a good feed
Ben was a great Skip. Kept us on the fish, offered great tips and knowledge and helped us all out with our tangles and kept us rigged up. Nice to have a boat prepared to chase the fish and move as needed. We caught an awesome haul of fishโฆthe travel time was worth it. Thanks Ben and Paul!
