I would highly recommend Captain Robert for a guide! He’s a complete professional, a good instructor, patient , and wants your fishing trip to be a success and memorable! With his help, we landed a gigantic sturgeon over 6ft long! We also caught a beautiful large rainbow trout! Captain Robert is highly competent, and he knows how to catch fishes!! We will never forget this awesome and memorable trip! Thanks so much Captain Robert, and we’ll be back for more!!
We had the full day trip with Robert. He was an incredible guide. We originally booked a trip to catch salmon but it wasn’t looking so great since we weren’t getting any action out on the water. He knew we just wanted to catch something to make our trip worth it so he took us to a popular spot to catch some trout. He gave us lots of tips and provided us with great memories. Would highly recommend him if you’re looking for a guide with lots of experience.
My grandson asked if I would take him fishing on a boat. He is 13 and visits from Florida every summer. He seemed interested the entire 4 hours. The captain taught him how to fish better and about bait types. They caught about 5 fish and we threw them all back. My grandson had hoped to catch at least one fish so he had a good day. He enjoyed learning about how to correctly cast his line too. He commented that he had never been told how to cast his line at 11:00 and not just throw it anywhere. He had a lot of 1:1 with the Captain and I sat back and enjoyed the great outdoors from the boat. I truly enjoyed the outdoor air after being so isolated due to Covid.

Fishing was not up to Mike or our expectations. Not a single legal catch.
7 hours fishing with 4 anglers… no legal stripers.. most under 10 inches.
Bait was not fresh.
Also, confusion about “tip’ as there was not a deck mate.

Robert was a great guide. He took us to the hot spots and focused on navigating the boat while our crew just had fun casting and fishing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and laid back. Will definitely return with him again.
