We met the crew at the public boat dock and headed out to the nearby islands. We had our first fish on minutes later, it was a big red snapper. We caught 4 red snapper, two yellow snapper and a broom tale grouper. All while we were trolling. I was also casting a pop bait and had a couple of rooster fish come after the bait. They took us over to the small community on the large island and we got a bite to eat and a couple of beers while they fileted the fish. We went back out fishing for another 2 hours and caught a bunch of Crevalle Jacks. They had taken over the water so we decided to call it a day. They were definitely fun to catch but theyโre not a good eating fish. We had a blast and they definitely made sure we got 8 hours of fishing. Highly recommend these gentlemen.

We had an awesome time with Gustavo and Marco! Our goal was to catch a Roosterfish, so we went out in the morning and spent some time catching bait fish, and then the challenge was on. We brought in a Mahi Mahi and a big Spanish Mackerel. Unfortunately no Roosters, but it wasnโt for a lack of effort. Gustavo was even willing to stay out longer, but we had afternoon plans. I strongly recommend using Gustavo for a trip!

We had a good start when the first snapper got hooked on, but the weather changed drastically. The captain moved us from spot to spot, but i guess the unexpected weather change was it. We moved around taboga y taboguilla.
