We had a great time with Captain Wayne. We are from Colorado and are used to not getting that many bites, but he didnโt let that happen. We were catching a lot of snappers and even a few other fish. We kept some of the snappers for dinner and he gave us a great recommendation for some places in the area that would cook our catch. This was a great addition to our vacation in The Keys.
Thanks for the nice words Charlie. These mangrove snappers were no โlunkersโ,ย but it was a triple header. Bigger ones did come later though. It was inspiring to see a father and three children having a great time together just bending some rods. I hope you have a great time the rest of your stay here in the fabulous Florida Keys and maybe Iโll see you again another year.
Captain Wayne was great, he was an excellent guide for us first time fishermen. His communication before our trip was first class and ensured that we could find him and his boat with out any problems. Our trip was just great, he took us to to lots of places where the fish were biting, kept our hooks baited and taught us how to cast,ย all four of us caught lots of fish. Once we were done with the afternoon, he filleted our fish and advised us of some restaurants where we could take our fish to be cooked for us, they were delicious!

Captain Wayne is super fun and super knowledgeable. He wastes no time getting right down to the fishing and truly wants you to enjoy the experience to the fullest. Would highly recommend him for your next charter.
