We just had the best day ever with Captain Mitch.  My husband and I along with our 4 teenage kids chose a 6 hour off shore charter and it did not disappoint.  We caught four King Mackeral and then switched out sights to catch and release sharks.  We had an absolute blast!  The boat was clean and the ride was easy.  There was plenty of room for the 6 of us to move around.  Captain Mitch was great.  He knew the waters and right where theyd be biting.  We’ll definitely be back and would recommend him to anyone!

We started at 7:30 and trolled for Kingfish. We started catching fish immediately! We limited out at 11:00am and fished for shark. What a great experience and memories made with my kids. We will be back every year with Captain Mitch as long as he is doing this. He is a very hard worker and made sure we had a fun experience. His work ethic is impressive and his knowledge is equally the same. Awesome boat and equipment! Thanks for the day..

This was our first time ever fishing intercoastal waters.We usually fish inland freshwater lakes.
Capt. Mitch drove us to all the good fishing spots he knew, to catch Redfish & Black Drum. Apparently fishing was not as good as it could have been that day, but our Captain did not give up until he drove us to a fishing spot far up into one of the rivers by St. Augustine, and that’s when were finally catching fish. He even extended our paid fishing time by an hour for us catching fish, which we much appreciated.
The boat he had was a catamaran type fishing boat, which gave us a nice smooth enjoyable ride. No one got seasick.
When we got back to the harbor other fisherman were surprised we got fish, because it apparently had been a bad afternoon for fishing, period. Mitch cleaned our catch efficiently and fast. Later that day, we got to pan-fry part of our catch. The redfish & the drum were delicious. We even froze some and took it back home to Michigan.
We intend on going fishing again with Capt. Mitch, when we’re back in St. Augustine!
