We didn’t catch many fish, but the experience of the Captain and Mate was obvious. I would book this trip again.

Picked us up at hotel right on time. The boat is beautiful and the most comfortable we have been on , with a bench seat up on the upper deack. We cought three different fish a Sale fish, bearacuda and a Maui maui We did a realy quick photo with the sale fish and released The caption cooked up the Maui Maui as soon as we docked and it was awsome

El Capitan Nelson is great.  Fun day fishing.  Very worth the trip.  Would highly recommend compared to other options. Nelson picked us up from our hotel in Cabarete and chauffeured us to his fishing boat in Puerto Plata and after fishing took us to the Brugal rum factory tour at our request before taking us back to cabarete.  Very friendly and nice guy.

Captain Nelson picked us up at our resort himself and early so we could be the first boat out.  We were only out an hour and caught our first fish.  At one point had three fish on the lines at once and the first mate handled all crazyiness of getting the fish on the boat with ease.  A great experience and Captain Nelson makes sure you leave happy.  Thanks again!!  Trevor

Booked a six hour trip with Nelson before I came here, and boy I’m glad I did! Nelson gave me a beautiful blue marlin and made a dream come true! The boat is immaculate, food and drinks aplenty, and both Nelson and Joel were there to make my day as good as possible. Will definitely be fishing with Nelson again!! Thank you!!
