A phenomenal day of fishing with Brent. He was honest before we set off about the wind making things rough out in the open ocean and what opportunities might be out of bounds, but despite this we still pulled up a limit of coho and I even got to pull in a chinook, definitely a fish to remember! Unfortunately my sea legs were not under me and Brent was very accommodating finding calmer waters where we could fish and not be so churned up by the water. The gear was high quality, I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone looking to make their Vancouver Island fishing dreams come true. Thanks Brent!

Brent is a very nice fellow whose company was more enjoyable as we came to know him. He gave perfect instructions when we hooked the fish and we caught our limit of Chinook Salmon and then we jigged for Ling Cod and caught two. Captain filleted our catch and told us where to have them frozen and packaged. It was a wonderful experience and I intend to call upon Brent for more fishing in the years to come.

Had a great trip with Capt Brent, he worked super hard from start to finish to get us into fish and he succeeded. He is the sort of person you want to go fishing with; understands the water; has his “honey holes”; in general, just a blast to spend time with out on the water. Highly recommend him and look forward to another trip next year…..thanks Brent we really enjoyed our time with you.
