The company was very accommodating, friendly, experienced. We had an awesome time with Captain Justin. We look forward to coming back to Destin to go deep sea fishing with him. Thanks for the great memories.

I could say much more but Iโm keeping short and real. They say the number of your party could be up to six. We had five (3 Adults. and 2 Children age 12 and 6) well you can only fish a maximum of four. How pathetic that they would advertise 6 could fish but not tell you that only 4 at a time! We will not be a repeat customer. Have also called three times to get my receipt emailed and have yet to get it. Not a very reliable staff either. Many other charter companies out there to choose from. Better choose one of them instead.

Hi Rick, I am so sorry to hear this. Our company strives on making everyoneโs fishing experience the best possible. Iโm also surprised because Erica (one of the other adults) is a repeat customer & said they had a lot of fun today. She also mentioned that she planned on coming back. You guys caught quite a few fish including some keepers. It is mentioned in our companies description (which I highlighted above) that we can accommodate 6 but we only fish 4 at a time so there is no false advertising. Everyone still gets plenty of time to fish on the charters especially since 2 of them are children. Iโm also shocked at your review because you left our captain a 20% tip.
Lastly I answered you every time you called & sent over the emails while we were on the phone to ensure that the emails got sent. I even sent 1 to myself to make sure it was not an issue on our end. Iโm not sure where the disconnect is on the emails but I also attached screenshots where the initial email was received. (Blocking out your email for privacy) You called to let me know that you did not see where the cost was & I apologized as well as sending it in a receipt form instead of a confirmation.
Lastly, you are absolutely correct there are plenty of other charter boats in Destin & they will all agree that on a bay tripโฆyou cannot fish 6 lines at 1 time. I hope you enjoy the rest of your vacation. - Anna C (co-owner)

Trip was awesome.ย Capt. Kyle put us on fish all morning at each location.ย He is great with kids and the whole team is family oriented.ย Capt. Kyle put my son and 7yr old daughter on their first redfish.ย I will definitely charter with them again!!! A++++
