My wife, two boys, 10 and 15, met Jack who had finalized the details and meeting time the day before. He had asked us what we were interested in targeting and shared what would likely be biting best this time of year, Snook and Mangrove Snapper. We headed out and once we arrived at the first location, we had our first Snook in the boat within moments, 34 in, 17 lbs. According to Jack this is larger than average and said it was a very nice fish for my 15 year old to land. My 10 year old then caught a 25 in Snook.
During that time we had some unexpected visitors…several dolphin decided to get in on the fishing! While not good for fishing what an awesome up close experience none of us will ever forgot, they were within inches of the side of the boat.
We then moved on as my 10 year old wanted to try some shark fishing. We chummed but never caught anything than a bothersome duck! We ended our day fishing for Snapper, which we caught enough to eat for dinner at a local restaurant Jack recommended. He prepared the fish and put them in a bag with some ice. What a great day, would highly recommend. He was patient and willing to do whatever he could do to make the trip positive.

Jack was great! Me and my Best friend talked about how he was chill and we liked it…. We didn’t feel we had to keep a conversation going. He just let it be natural and it made it the experience we were looking for. Just out in the sun relaxing and fishing. We ended up getting a 7 foot maybe larger nurse shark… It was not easy either. He kept snatching our bait but we ended up winning in the end. Jack cut and changed the size of the bait so it was easier to set the hook after he Bit it and boom! We landed him! 100% would recommend to anyone interested! When I come back down I will be texting Jack so we can do it again. Great chill guy who knew where to go. Was a truly great experience… My roommate and other guy on the Boat with us totally agrees. THANKS JACK!

Fantastic trip! I seriously cannot say enough good things about Captain Jack. My family had so much fun out on the boat with him today. I had to re-do my review even, because for some reason the first time it showed I did not recommend him. NOT true! He was amazing.
We did the shelling/fishing trip, and every single one of us caught a fish while out. Even caught a few to keep and eat at home! We weren’t able to shell, due to weather conditions. Wind was high and waves made the area difficult to navigate, but Captain Jack was a pro. Even with the conditions and being here during the off season, we had plenty of bites and were happy with our haul!
We even saw dolphins, manatees, and a sea turtle while out! If we come back to Fort Myers, we’ll be booking another trip with Jack.

My wife, son, and myself spent the afternoon fishing with Capt. Jack. He put us on fish right from the start. Jack asked if there was any particular fish we would like to target. I’d always wanted to catch a snook and he put us right on a couple. My wife really enjoyed the multiple dolphins we observed and she even got them on video. We then caught some sheepshead for dinner. Of course my wife caught the biggest fish of the day! I highly recommend Capt. Jack, his knowledge of the fishing grounds and layed back personality make him a great captain. I’ve been on many charters, fly in trips and guided hunts. Capt. Jack’s the real deal, don’t hesitate to book with him. I’m very glad we did!

Jack took our party of 5 out for a half day fishing trip that will not be forgotten. He made sure the kids had a blast, and when a good sized fish was caught, his enthusiasm was contagious. I would gladly recommend Jack to anyone who wants a day they’ll never forget.
