We had a great time learning what it takes to be successful at not just fishing but also catching.  We caught more fish than we can eat and will be having a group fish fry.

Many thanks to Capt Matt for his professionalism and patience.  We will be booking again for a longer trip.

Forecast was for 20 kt winds in the morning and thunderstorms in the afternoon. We were booked for afternoon. The morning clients canceled and Capt. Matt called us to see if we could go in the morning before the wind got too bad. Which we did. Had a nice trip even though the wind drove us in about 10 am. Capt. Matt was really nice. The gear all worked well. He made sure it was safe. We would go with him again.

Captain Matthew put us right on top of a whole bunch of redfish. We had to start throwing some reds back in the water because we reached our limit. Everyone had a great time and I would highly recommend Nautilus Charters to anyone interested!

We started out on time on a hot summer day jetty fishing. We knew The fishing would be tough as the fish go deeper in the hot weather. We had fairly consistent bites for about 3 hours and we caught a variety of smaller fish and missed hooking a lot of fish that bit and that was our fault. We had plenty of bait and plenty of direction by Captain West. We moved out later to try to catch some bigger fish to no avail. But alas, we took about 28 lb of 3 varieties of cleaned fish “home"and had them cooked at a local restaurant upon his advice. That made our fishing trip and evening dinner very nice in Galveston Texas. Our Captain was a very down to earth guy and was very relatable to us Midwestern Missouri folk. His knowledge is good, the elements dictated our success. His equipment is good. Thanks!

Mathew provided everything we needed and was super helpful. He was great with the kids…always offering to help them if the needed it, but letting them do things on their own if they thought they could. Would recommend.
