The experience itself was pretty good all things considering  
Main issues: the poles kept snagging up, not the captains fault really, but kept having to untangle them.
The boat had no cover, and we chose a hot sunny day, so the kids weren’t feeling it a lot.
We caught nothing that we were able to take home. So that was a huge let down for the kids also.
The captain was pretty cool, down to earth guy. He let the youngest real in his catches to at least give him something.
Honestly, it was just a perfectly bad time to go fishing. It was hot, and the fish weren’t biting. I would recommend this guy for a fall time trip. The 4 stars was mainly for the timing and the poles tangling up. The good things:
The captain tried to keep conversation. The captain seemed to care about catching fish for us, the ride was safe and pleasant. Bring plenty of water and snacks, and enjoy a nice trip, in the fall preferably.

My husband and I had a blast! Mike made sure we had a great time. We almost had to go in early due to the winds but it turned around and we had a blast! We caught so much fish and even had to throw some back because we couldnt eat all of it. 10/10 recommend !!

He put us on fish. We caught 12 nice size Speckled Trout. He was very pleasant and a lot of fun to be with. His boat is very nice too. The equipment he provided was new and in great condition. He did put us on the fish. We will probably return in November and go out with him again

Great experience with a great guide! Captain Mike is very professional and made the trip an awesome one.

I was planning a fishing trip for my husband for Father’s day.  It was amazing, we had an awesome time. Everything was great, just my husband, myself and Captain Mike. Extremely peaceful and relaxing.  We will return, and highly recommend.
