We had an absolute blast with Captain Robert! My daughter got to see a couple dolphins which made her life. Captain Robert was hysterical and knew how to make we Texas tourists feel welcome. Canโt wait to come back and do it again!

Captain Mike was well aware of fish location & bait requirements. However, his boat was not adequately rigged for a party of 5. There was no fighting chair, he did not have sufficient bait & only one person could fish. The passenger seating was poor at beast & he offered no water or other refreshments. The tackle he provided was for lightweight fishing inshore, not for sharks as we booked. Mike is a personable young guide & I wish him well but do not reccomend a SHARK TRIP with his present rig!
Hi Max! Weโre sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience. Typically with shark fishing trips, due to the nature of the setup, only 1 or 2 anglers will fish at a time (unlike inshore or offshore fishing where more anglers are fishing at once.) As for seating, there is seating on the back deck, but itโs mostly open so that you have plenty of room to move around while youโre fishing. There is a cabin below with additional seating for 4 or 5 more people. We also have bottled water available on all of our charters for anyone who wants it. As for tackle, Captain Robert has different setups depending on what youโre targeting, but he always makes sure to use heavy duty tackle when fishing for sharks.
