Unbelievable experience from the time we stepped on the dock to the finish. You will not find a better captain, guide, and person to take you out fishing! Highly knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. An added bonus, he put us on some beautiful fish, caught dinner, and some big fish photo opportunities! We will be booking with Captain Steve again and highly recommend Lock N Load to anyone and everybody!

Captain Steve provided a great experience for me and my family. We went out on a 4 hour charter on a foggy (supposed to be rainy) morning. We spent some time in the harbor catching Spanish Mackerel. As the fog began to lift Steve focused his attention on getting us out into the Gulf for a little bit. We spent some time catching bait fish and then travelled out to some structure in the Gulf where we had just enough time to catch a few Red Snappers.
Overall great experience with Captain Steve. He kept us entertained with stories and knowledge of the areas while also working hard to get us on top of fish as often as possible. Highly recommend!

We scheduled a half day trip with Captain Steve. We were waiting for this trip all month and Captain Steve delivered an AMAZING experience!! The water started out nice but quickly turned into difficult fishing conditions. Captain Steve did EVERYTHING in his power to get fish in the boat (and he delivered) and make us feel welcomed. He is very knowledgeable, very entertaining, and truly loves to serve his customers. Even with the weather against us, and a few seagulls stealing our bait, Captain Steve made this a trip to remember! We will be back soon enough!!
