If youโre in the Clearwater area and want a good fishing experience, JT Fishing Charters is definitely a great choice. This trip was our first trip of 2023 (my wife and I charter a few times a year), and the weather was not the bestโฆcold, high winds, etc. We were not very optimistic about having a good day of fishing, but Jace got us to the right spots and we were able to catch some very nice redfish and quite a few sea trout. Absolutely recommend.
Awesome fishing experience. This Captain has been fishing in this area since he was a young boy. His time in the Marines gave him a discipline that I have never seen in a fishing Captain. Besides the snook and redfish that we caught we hooked into a tarpon that was almost on the boat until it caught a snag and got free. And another one that took the line out like it was a whale. With full drag and me trying to reel when I could I couldnโt stop it. That BIG fish got away. If I ever leave Missouri to fish in Clearwater beach again it will be with this Captain.
