I hope the Fresithler family will make a return trip so we can get on some better/bigger fish!

Captain John and FirstMate Rick provided an exceptional experience. Being our first walleye charter, they took the time to explain the equipment, and teach the process of catching fish using the trolling method. The boat and the equipment were clean and well maintained and during the boat ride to the fishing spot, they identified points of interest throughout Lake Erie. The fishing was excellent and we hit our limit of fish for the day. When returning the dock, John coordinated the pickup and cleaning of our fish and stayed until Bays Edge arrived. John and Rick are both very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our trip was a memorable one. Will definitely return again for future trips.

We went out for a half day with Captain John and his First Mate Scotty in early April for my birthday. We got incredibly lucky with the weather for that time of the year and had a great time with these two knowledgeable fishermen, who despite it being early in the season made sure we caught out walleyes. Boat was clean and safe, equipment was well maintained, and Captain John and Scotty were very friendly and genuinely concerned that we caught our fish and had a good time. Would do this again in a heartbeat!

What a fantastic day on the water. We were camping at East Harbor State Park and Captain John docked at East Harbor Marina. We were on fish almost immediately after a short trip out. We limited out and caught another 100 or so shorts. We had a blast! Highly recommended!!!!
