I am not someone who complains easily but I need bring the following under your attention.
1:I booked a 10 man fishing trip with one boat.And we were supposed to ho out early in the morning.
2: I booked a fishing charter for me and family for the reason to fish with a expert that knows the spots and is well prepared.
3 : I booked a Charter because we donโt have fishing equipment
4 : I booked to have fun for all and to see if we might get into fishing as a sport.
The disappointment starts as follows:
1 : By booking and confirming the 10 man bout we did not go out on the one bout .The result of this was not that we did not share a boat but also the fact that we had to skip our own bout.The skipper and his helper was disconnected from each other.Not all could be helped by the helper to assist with the rods and assisting to put bait to their rods.The one bout had a sun cover that did help the people
On the one boat against the 30 degree sun and the others where unprotected agauthe sun.
2: One boat did not have a expert on the bout.And we were not informed about any methods of catching fish or expert advice.
3 : We spend about 30-40 during the fishing to get bait from a sand bank.We had a kot of fish activity and had to cut it short on the spot because of the shortage. It feels like they were unprepared and dit not even have enough bait to fish for the hole duration.
4:We did have fun although we did not catch fish of any significant value.
The fact that we did not cach fish of any significant nature isnโt really a disappointment .We understand that fishing is something that can be good or not on the day.
All these other factors made us feel that we were done in.
5: By confirming the booking and paying a deposit I was still uncertain if we are actually going to fish .
I just fee that Comunication from your side werenโt spot on and that the clients could have better info about the day, where you at , what we can catch , the bouts ect
My intentions is not to trigger a fight or make sure that we get a reaction of anny sorts.
I just feel that we all are in business in the aria and we need to look after our businesses .What we paid for today and what we received as a service did not ad up.
I think it is important to know what is going on in our business and improve at all times.
I am sorry to send this to you but it might help for future clients and might help your business to improve in weeks and hopefully years to come.
