The brothers who run the Billfish know the waters of Mauritius inside out. Having fished for Marlin all over the world i came to Mauritius specificly to target a Balck Marlin. They have all the gear you could which for. They switch effortlesly between trolling in deep water with lures to livebaiting on a dwonrigger along the drop off. Allthough water temperatures were not ideal yet, we did manage to hook and land a black. I could not have wished for a better boat or a more proffesional crew.Highly reccomended!!!

We spent 5 beautiful hours off the shore of Le Morne trailing schools of Bonitos and Yellow Fin Tuna, eventually trying for some Blue Marlin. Captain Billy and Jerome did everything possible to accommodate us on this fantastic trip. They are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and extremely kind. We were lucky enough to catch a Bonito during the first 30 minutes. Finally we caught two more Yellow Fins. Thank you for the beautiful experience!

This was my first big game fishing trip but Billy and Jerome were very informative and helpful. While not in peak season we managed to catch ten fish including Wayoo, Yellowfin tuna and Mahi Mahi. We also had a late run from a much larger fish which unfortunately we didnโt connect with. Enjoyable day in choppy conditions but I would go back tomorrow if I could!

Result, 3x Jack skipper tuna, and they were used, to notice the 150lb Black Marlin, that was my prize, for the mornings fishing!
